Lesson 67 | も－し－も Pattern

文型：　PLAIN FORM　し　→　も－し－も pattern

Notes:

• This pattern is used to state something from a certain viewpoint.
• It is used to ① describe the merits of a particular subject; ② state causes or reasons when there is more than one cause or reason.
• When the speaker states reasons using this patter, sometimes he/she does not say his/her conclusion when it is understood from the context.
• The use of も implies the existence of other reasons to emphasize the speaker's viewpoint.

例：
ショウ・ルオが大好きです。ダンスも上手だし、真面目（まじめ／diligent, serious）し、それに面白いです。　「I like Show Luo. He is good at dancing, diligent, and funny.」
交通（こうつう／transportation）も便利だし、食べ物もおいしいし、香港は楽しいです。　「Hong Kong is fun. The transportation is convenient and the food are delicious.」
その携帯電話は使い方も簡単だし、アプリ（application）も多いし、とても便利です。　「That mobile phone is very convenient. It's easy to use and has a lot of applications.」
主人公も格好いい（かっこいい／stylish, "cool"）し、ストリートも面白いし、このドラマはとても有名です。　「This drama is very famous. The protagonist is cool and the story is interesting.」
先週仕事も忙しかったし、両親も空港で迎えに行ったし、宿題をできませんでした。　「Last week, I wasn't able to do my homework because I was busy with work and I went to welcome my parents at the airport.」
